Our Projects

Over the last 10 years Boyd Brothers have completed over 1,000 projects  and recognised as one of the UK’s leading EV installations companies. All projects are managed from initial concept, through to planning, full construction and ultimate sign off. Our in-house team have an extensive infrastructure expertise having managed thousands of charge point projects throughout the UK.

Dundee City Council

As Dundee Council continued to grow its own electric vehicle infrastructure, it had to consider an all-inclusive EV infrastructure which encompassed outlying areas and involved a number of stakeholder partners including the University of Dundee, NHS Tayside, Dundee and Angus College and local taxi companies.

East Lothian Council

In 2018, East Lothian Council had only four functioning chargepoints, and it was often claimed that people would not invest in an electric vehicle (EV) until the infrastructure was there to support them. “Range-anxiety” (the perception that a driver might run out of fuel far from home) was a common fear among drivers who might be looking to switch.
